Now, I’ve heard many things about Taiwanese night markets but I knew the only way to fully understand it was to experience it for myself. This was just a block from our hotel, so we just had to go! If you’re looking for authentic food, this is one of the places to go It’s definitely a change in atmosphere with all the people and the added craziness but its all part of the experience.
…and now, the food!!
Taiwanese cuisine is heavily influenced by provinces in Southern Asia and while some similarities in ingredients and flavours can be associated, their food remains very unique. I came to learn that if you ever see golden bubble tea, don’t hesitate and just go for it!
